Project Description
When shareholders at an established Minnesota law firm needed to launch a new practice quickly, they asked us to deliver their business transformation within an aggressive timeline. The partners required a rebrand that would allow them to announce their new firm within a short timeline. We executed a two-phase approach: Phase 1 focused on essential launch elements, including naming development, logo design, basic brand guidelines, a single-page website, professional photography, and rush-printed materials. Phase 2 delivered comprehensive brand guidelines, a fully integrated WordPress website with Clio CRM, marketing materials, and physical assets, including an interior office refresh and exterior signage.
The project showcased our ability to manage sensitive business transitions while maintaining strict confidentiality and meeting critical deadlines. Through our discovery process, we identified the need to avoid “legal services” terminology to prevent confusion with legal aid organizations. We then developed a complete visual identity system that positioned the new firm as approachable yet professional. The final deliverables included thorough brand guidelines, an ADA-compliant website, coordination with local vendors for signage and print materials, and a photography library for ongoing marketing use. The successful launch enabled the partners to seamlessly transition their clients to their new practice while establishing a strong market presence in Minnesota’s competitive legal landscape.
