Project Description
Commuter Services, a program of the I-494 Corridor Commission, struggled with an outdated website from 2010 that lacked mobile responsiveness, intuitive navigation, and multilingual support. The organization needed a modern digital platform to better serve commuters, employers, and residents across five Minnesota cities while establishing clearer brand positioning between their public-facing programs and governmental functions.
We delivered a digital transformation by refreshing Commuter Services' brand identity with a new logo and "Drive Change, Not Traffic" tagline, while implementing a strategic dual-website approach — acquiring commuter.org for commuter-focused interactions and developing 494corridor.org for governmental stakeholders. These new WordPress websites feature responsive design, automated resource distribution, multilingual support, and third-party integrations, enabling non-technical staff to easily manage content while significantly enhancing the organization's ability to serve their community and attract funding.
